We were told that Vicki's penultimate chemotherapy treatment would start at 8:00 this morning so we made the decision to come into hospital last night, thus avoiding the traffic, and making the task of parking considerably easier. However, it actually started at 1:00. Joy, we could've had another night at home.
Vicki has now started her 2 hourly eye drops, which is fine during the day, but will be hellish tonight, poor thing. She has 10 days of this to come.
Still, she remains strong and optimistic.
On a different note, my headlight bulb blew last night. Being a practical man, I carry spares so naturally I decided to change it straight away. What a nightmare, the most awkward location the Renault designers could come up with. I'm still trying! Clearly they want you to visit the dealer and charge you lots of money, to change a bulb! Having already had an argument with Renault over 140 quid for a new key, i shouldn't be surprised.
